Under the Contractor Umbrella

You can think of the term "contractor" as a sort of umbrella. Under that umbrella, you have many different types of workers with different, but related, professions and skills. You have general contractors, who plan a building project and carry out the majority of the labor on that project. You have plumbers who run the pipes and install the water-using fixtures. You have carpenters who do the woodwork, and you have masons that lay the stone. Do you know who else has a spot under the contractor umbrella? You do. You're not a contractor, but you may one day be a customer. You can learn more about what that involves on this blog about contractors.
